Vergos house is a charming cottage overlooking the sea, with direct walking access to swimming below the house.
It has a small fenced-in garden, with stunning views of the opposite island of Corfu, and on Parga and the Epirus mountains on the mainland.
The house has three entrances: a first one straight into a small hallway. Another one through the garden, with the infinity swimming pool on the right: a flight of steps on the left leads up to the terrace, and into the living room. A third entrance is one floor below, directly from a footpath, next to the lower floor bedroom.
The hallway, covered in mirrors, has three doors: first on the right leads into the small kitchen. Two doors opposite, open respectively onto the main bedroom, with small walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, and a small sitting room, with a cozy feeling: it opens on two sides, and has a sofa and writing table.
Both bedroom and sitting room have sea-view balconies, with cane chairs and tables. The sitting room also has a French window into a lovely side terrace, with steps down to the garden.
From the terrace, a separate flight of steps leads down to the lower bedroom, all white, with a small sitting area with sofa and chairs. It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. In the patio, cane-sofa and chairs overlook a lower garden, planted with olive trees.
